Southern California Gas Co. v. Flannery

This case involves a judgment in an interpleader action initiated by Southern California Gas Company against various defendants. After remand, the Gas Co., Andrea L. Murray, and Scott Tepper each filed a motion seeking payment from the interpleader funds on different grounds, and the trial court ultimately granted some portion of the funds sought by each party.
